CINCINNATI GIVE A CROCK

Cincinnati Give a Crock brings the basics of cooking to the classroom and teaches students indispensable skills to confidently cook at home. While the series promotes the use of fresh produce, these recipe-based classes use common ingredients that can easily be found at grocery stores and pantries, making them convenient and affordable.

Throughout the six hands-on classes students learn and practice knife skills and culinary techniques as they prepare a meal to take home to their family.

Graduates of the program receive a slow cooker, a cookbook of the recipes, and kitchen tools to keep them cooking long after the program is completed.
