COOKING IMPROV   

Cooking Improv is a cooking method where meal creation is built from using ingredients that are readily on hand to avoid waste, save money, and encourage eating a healthy, balanced, and mindful diet. Cooking Improv embraces all that we are at La Soupe. Participants will experience what it’s like to be part of our mission by helping us prep rescued food for use in our daily operations. With the instructor’s guidance we’ll teach you the skills to build your confidence and liberate yourself from using a recipe. We’ll finish class by polishing up new skills and creating a delicious dish to enjoy together.

FAQ:
Is this a series or a one time class?
 
You are more than welcome to sign up multiple days, however, the flow of the class will be the same. The items we chop and the recipes we make will differ though. 

Can I bring my kid along?
Yes! If you would like to bring a kid along we recommend the youth is at least 12 years old. You will fill out the sign-up form on their behalf and add yourself as the guardian.

Can I book this experience for a group?
Yes, in the sign up you will be asked if you are part of a group and what your group affiliation is. We will reach back out to you to discuss details. This is a great opportunity for team building! Groups of kids can also be booked.
